Hi Friends! Last week, I also cooked an apple pie. As we all know, last Tuesday was Pi Day (3/14) and I promised my friends a pie. My favorite kind of pie is probably Apple Pie (but pie is not my favorite dessert...) and I have super easy access to all of the ingredients. I… Continue reading Happy (Belated) Pi Day!
Hi Friends! I cooked something else! Last week, I cooked a hearty lentil soup for a couple friends. It turned out very, very well and I'm excited to share the recipe. I would mention that this recipe (with these portions) would serve about 4 people so I would suggest doubling it for a family larger… Continue reading Soup Doop-a-Doop: Lentil Soup

I don't plan on showing off my own literary and cultural knowledge, but rather I want to make sure that my peers don't get too big for their britches. Although I'm not in this competition to beat everyone else, I sure am in it to stop everyone else from winning. Does my desire to bring people down a notch make me a bad person? Maybe, I don't know.
